Information collected as part of an individual guest’s admissions packet and care records is handled separately under the terms and authorizations in that packet.

When you use our website and reservation service, we may collect:

Information you provide: the guest’s name, the guardian or responsible party’s name, email, phone number, requested dates and stay type, reason for the stay, and any care, mobility, or medical considerations you choose to share so we can respond appropriately.

Reservation and acceptance records: your confirmation number, the date and time you accepted our Terms, and the version accepted.

Technical information: basic information your browser sends automatically, such as general usage and security-related data used to keep the site working and protected from abuse.

We ask you to share only what is necessary. Please do not send sensitive medical details through the website beyond what is needed to begin a conversation — detailed medical information is gathered securely during the admissions process.

We use the information to:

respond to your request and arrange a care consultation; review availability and manage reservations; communicate with you about your request or stay; process payments once online payments are activated; keep records of agreements and acceptances; and operate, secure, and improve our website and services.

We do not sell your personal information.

We never use a guest’s image or likeness publicly without a separate, specific, and optional photo/media consent. Accepting our Terms or using the website does not grant any photo or media permission.

We share information only as needed to provide our services and as permitted by law, including with: trusted service providers who help us operate the website, communications, and (once activated) payment processing; and authorities or advisors where required by law or to protect the safety of a guest, our staff, or others. Service providers are expected to protect your information and use it only for the services they provide to us.

Online payments are not yet activated. When enabled, payments will be handled by a third-party payment processor. Your full card or bank-account numbers are processed by that provider under its own security standards; we do not store full payment card numbers on our systems.

We keep information for as long as needed to respond to your request, provide our services, meet our legal and record-keeping obligations, and resolve disputes. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information, including limiting access to authorized staff and collecting only what we need. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to protect your information and to respond promptly to any concern.

This website is intended for use by adults (parents, guardians, and responsible parties). We do not knowingly collect information directly from children through the website. Information about a guest is provided by the responsible adult arranging care.
